Mixer: a tailor-made solution for waste management
As part of a project for a client in the environmental sector, ARMITEC handled the production of a mixer, managing everything from project oversight and design to manufacturing and testing support.
The equipment is designed to facilitate waste handling. The mixer blends liquid waste with powdery waste to thicken the mixture, resulting in a material that is easier to move using an excavator.
Given the operating environment and associated constraints, the submerged section of the frame was galvanized to enhance corrosion resistance and durability.
The project was carried out in collaboration with Atlantique Hydraulique, which provided hydraulic system support.
From design to commissioning, ARMITEC leveraged its expertise in project management, mechanical design, manufacturing, and testing support to deliver a solution tailored to the client's needs and the specific constraints of the sector.
