2025 Quality of Work Life Week (QVCT Week)
During the National Quality of Work Life Week (June 16–20, 2025), Armitec implemented several initiatives for its employees, first at the Saint-Viaud (44) site and then at the Chinon (37) site.
Throughout the week, informational posters and awareness materials on psychosocial risks (PSR) and workplace addiction were made available to all staff.
A PSR & QVCT survey was conducted in May and June. The results were shared with the teams, and working groups were formed to develop concrete improvement actions.
Additionally, employees at the Saint-Viaud site participated in fire safety and extinguisher training, led by ACFI Prévention Incendie Secourisme, in small groups.
