From 3D Design to Commissioning
For a project in a nuclear environment, ARMITEC handled the preparation, connection, and commissioning of various equipment and piping/ducting networks.
Following an analysis of the 3D model and preparation for the on-site work, the teams carried out the following:
- modification of the ventilation network, including stainless steel branch connections and flanged PVC piping;
- adaptation of the pneumatic system, incorporating a pressure regulator and a solenoid valve;
- connection of two PVC storage tanks using DN40 PN16 flanges;
- connection of the pumping assembly and the sampling cabinet;
- installation of instrumentation for monitoring filter clogging and remote pressure measurement.
A comprehensive project—from plan analysis to final commissioning—carried out in full compliance with the constraints of the existing installation.
